White Palimo is a natural limestone formed in shallow water marine environments, with sedimentary layers ranging from approximately 30 cm to several meters in thickness. This geological formation results in a largely homogeneous and consistent overall appearance, making the stone well suited for clean and elegant architectural designs.

Traces of nearby volcanic activity can be observed within the stone, where fine volcanic detritus is embedded within the layers. Minor quartz grains are also present, subtly enhancing the stone’s natural character and durability without disturbing its light and refined aesthetic.

In full sunlight, White Palimo performs well without the need for surface protection. However, in shaded or covered areas, the application of chemical sealers is recommended to maintain its appearance and performance. Thanks to its light color and natural properties, the stone remains cool underfoot, making it especially pleasant for use around swimming pools.

Beyond pool surroundings, White Palimo is also widely used for wall cladding and flooring in large, bright interior spaces, where its soft tone and uniform look help create an open, calm, and elegant atmosphere.
